Twitition

A Twitter petition.

AT&T recently modified its iPhone upgrade policy in response to an onlinetwitition, Suzanne Choney reported for msnbc.com:

As of Wednesday morning, more than 14,000 people on the microblogging site Twitter had signed a “twitition,” – a Twitter petition – asking AT&T to “offer reasonable iPhone 3GS upgrade prices.”

Other twititions include a (little-signed) petition calling for London subway trains to be automated (in response to a recent strike by subway drivers), and another asking Google Earth to update satellite images of Tehran (which ithas).
